Not Just Another To Do List

A$15.00

Our 'to do' list was inspired by scientific studies that found around 79% of people's body clocks work to a particular pattern. As such, we have broken the ‘to do"‘ list day into four main lists and the time of day in which they should be completed. For the 21% of people who fall outside of this body clock, often referred to as night owls, this to do list will still work for you, all you have to do is start your ‘morning - focused’ session mid morning, rather than early morning.

MORNING- FOCUSED: This part of your day should be kept for things that require high focus, with minimal to no distractions.

AFTER LUNCH- FOGGY: This time is for any type of repetitive tasks or use it for meetings and emails.

AFTERNOON- CREATIVE: Most of us have two creative periods... our afternoons and not long before we go to bed. Any work that involves some creative effort or problem solving is best done then, however, we do recommend trying to stick to the afternoon period so as not to disturb your sleep. Any ideas coming up late at night are best written down, so as to be tackled the following day.

A SPARE MINUTE- MICRO JOBS: This is for when we have 10 minutes before lunch, are between meetings or any other extra time that might pop up throughout our day. This is the time to make phone calls, run to the post office or do any other little job.

Description
